Oasis Collections was born in 2009, with the mission of creating a new category in lodging. Now, with more than 700 distinctive properties in 10 destinations in the Americas and a one-of-a-kind network of private Members’ clubs, Oasis Collections offers travelers access to a handpicked portfolio of design-oriented apartments, homes and villas in the best areas of some of the world’s most exciting destinations.

The situation

 

With thousands of historical transactions, Oasis needed to have in place a team capable of understanding their business flow and the different areas’ requirements, including the operative needs of their reservations and guest-experience agents, and the management and reporting requests of the financial and C-level team.

Our solution

 

Truelogic succeeded in providing full-support to Oasis that included from the analysis of new features and requirements until their final implementation, verification and deploy in their production Sugar CRM environment.

Some of the features implemented, include:

  • Reservations Management. The CRM centralizes all the reservations that take place for the +700 Oasis properties, allowing automated creation from website inquiries, synchronization with the properties calendars to track availability, and general management of all reservations related-items via sub-panels integration that link to related payments, guests, properties and more.
  • Properties, Areas and Destinations Management and Control. Real-time integration with the website to allow an easier management and synchronization between platforms.
  • Payments and WooCommerce Integration. The implementation of the WooCommerce API to the existing Sugar CRM, allowed Oasis to provide a much better service to their clients through a enhanced payment form experience, additional payment options (Paypal and Credit Card) and lower costs.
  • Customized Reports. Custom-built reports based on Oasis’ specific needs, available through the different CRM modules: Reservations, Payments, Properties, Guests, etc.
