Oasis Collections was born in 2009, with the mission of creating a new category in lodging. Now, with more than 700 distinctive properties in 10 destinations in the Americas and a one-of-a-kind network of private Members’ clubs, Oasis Collections offers travelers access to a handpicked portfolio of design-oriented apartments, homes and villas in the best areas of some of the world’s most exciting destinations.
With thousands of historical transactions, Oasis needed to have in place a team capable of understanding their business flow and the different areas’ requirements, including the operative needs of their reservations and guest-experience agents, and the management and reporting requests of the financial and C-level team.
